I am very pleased to recount that my connection with the MLM Kaustubha project started right at its conception and it has been always pleasant.
The community at MLM Kaustubha is like a big extended family. Being the first customer had several advantages as it was possible to review the initial designs and provide feedback, many of which got incorporated. Communications were timely. Access to the decision makers and project executors was quick and easy. Progress and delays(due to factors beyond control) in the project were conveyed promptly.
